There is a particular kind of work that sits between systems and people. It requires understanding how institutions function, and what that costs the people inside them.

I began in health economics at Monash University, studying how systems make decisions about who receives care.

My doctoral research focused on emotional labour and occupational health.

Today, I work with leaders and systems through supervision, workshops, and consulting.
